Why we pre-screen potential Tenants?
Our intent is to give everyone a fair chance to become a Tenant with us. However, we are well aware that the search to find that ideal place to call home can be time consuming. Therefore, in order to save us both on time and effort we conduct a pre-screening process. This process benefits us because:
1. It allows us to evaluate data provided by you to determine if the property you are inquiring about would be a good fit for you or not by matching your information side by side to our established Rental Criteria's
2. It allows us to know who will be entering the property and when for safety reasons

The Process
Once you are pre-screened/pre-approved base on information provided, we will release to you the access code to enter the home, once you are at the home. You may view the home on the date and at the time given only. Should you miss your viewing appointment, you may freely call us back to reschedule without having to fill out paperwork again.
