PROPERTY CONDITION REPORT

    Property & Tenant Move-In / Move-Out Inspection Form

    NOTES:
    --The Move-in inspection must be conducted before or on the date the Tenant(s) moves in and in the presence of the Tenant(s).
    --The Move-out inspection is conducted within 10 days after the Tenant(s) vacated the property. 
    --Tenant(s) will be given a copy of the Move-In Inspection Report in their welcome package email
    --Tenant(s) will be emailed a copy of the Move-Out Inspection Report  to the email they provide in their Notice to Dissolve Tenancy Form

    G - Good Condition. F - Fair Condition. P - Poor Condition. NR - Need Repair Condition. N/A - Not Applicable

    Move-In Report Notes: Items listed as Need Repair (NR) but not listed under the Will be Addressed section of this report below, will not be addressed during the Tenant(s) occupancy period. However, the item(s) being noted on the report removes the possibility of the Tenant(s) being access a charge for those particular damages at the time of Lease termination. It should be noted, if due to Tenant(s) actions or neglect the noted damage gets worst, Tenant(s) will be accessed a charge for the further damage created while the home was under their care.
    Note: When a Move-In Report is being completed, at least one of the Tenant(s) whose name will/is on the lease must be present. Proof of this must be uploaded via obtaining a photo copy of Tenant(s) legal Identification and attaching it below

    Move-Out Report Notes: When a move-out inspection report is completed, an Invoice will be issued along with a copy of the report for ONLY the items noted as Need Repair (NR), after Normal and Wear have been factored in, that Tenant(s) are responsible for cost wise.
    The total cost for the repairs will first be deducted from the Tenant(s) Security Deposit on file and the remainder of that balance will be mail to the address the Tenant(s) provided on their Notice to Dissolve Tenancy Form. 
    If there is a balance, for repairs, remaining to be paid after the Security Deposit has been applied, Tenant(s) will have 7 business days to remit payment in full or make a valid and agreed upon payment arrangement to avoid further action from being taken by our legal department to redeem funds
    ​Directions of how additional payments can be made will be included on the invoice Tenant(s) is provided
