Your Application will be process similar to the Applicant(s). It should be noted that your application does not guarantee the Applicant(s) acceptance but instead it increases their chances, as decisions are made base on the compiled information resulting of all applications. Should the Applicant(s) be approved for rental of the residence applied for, you will be ask to sign a Co-Signer Agreement. This Agreement would not grant you permission to reside at the Rented Property but does make you responsible for any financial short falls of the Tenant(s) that you are co-signing for both during and after their tenancy with us.

Approval of this application is based on the verification of the information provided by Co-signer. Resident was asked to provide a Co-signer because their application was mainly denied base on insufficient income. Since a Co-signer is required, the application will not be approved until the Co-signer’s application is also approved. Approval base on a co-signer does not relief the Applicant of their Tenant duties as co-signer is just a secondary financial guarantor. Approval of the application base on co-signer does not render the co-signer approval to hold residency at the residence. The undersigned further states that the information given in this application is true and correct. The Landlord is authorized to verify the information and obtain a credit report and/or conduct a criminal and background investigation in order to approve the application as well as at any time throughout the duration of the Lease. The undersigned agrees that the Landlord may terminate any agreement entered into based upon reliance on any statements made above which are untrue.
