Welcome to the next stage of completing your move-in process with us.
Thank you for choosing an Aklipse property for your new home. You have been approved and we are happy that you are giving us this chance to service you.
You are now required to pay the Administrative Fee. The Administrative Fee is to facilitate getting everything you need from us processed for you to be able to move into your new home. This involves the drafting and printing of your lease, conducting your walk-through report, changing the locks and giving you new keys, getting your lease signed, etc. Please click to button below to be directed to the Administrative Fee payment page:

The Administrative Fee is One Hundred and Twenty Five Dollars ($125.00) for new residence. This covers 2 adults only. If there are more than 2 adults living in the home, additional fees will be required. There is a Fifty Dollars ($50.00) administrative fee for residence being added to an existing lease agreement.
After this step, your fee is received, we will contact you to schedule a date and time to meet and have your lease executed.
At the lease signing, you are required to pay at least your Security Deposit, which is equal to your first (1st) month's rent. You are welcome to pay your full move-in cost as well. If the full move-in cost is not paid at lease signing, it must be paid no later than your move-in day.

This is the final step of your move-in process. The Aklipse team is looking forward to working with you to make your time with us a pleasant and professional journey from beginning, to whenever the time comes for us to sever our relationship, should there be a need to.
By now you are well aware of your total move-in cost and have either reviewed your lease/move-in obligations via the Lease Snap-Shot that was sent via your email or spoken to one of your representatives about all you can expect at lease signing or both.
You can now move forward with paying your move-in cost. There can be no payment arrangements made on your move-in cost total. It must be paid in full! You can either pay your move-in cost here (online), bring a cashiers check at lease signing or bring cash at lease signing. Should you bring your move-in cost total in the form of a check or cash at lease signing, a receipt will be provided to you. If you pay your total here, similar to when you paid your Administrative Fee, a receipt will be emailed to you for your records.
